Abstract Developments is searching for a talented Construction Project Manager to join our growing, award-winning company.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced, motivated Project Manager to help deliver speculative multi-family and custom homes to an ever-increasing base of customers, and in turn deliver direct, measurable revenues to the company.

The Project Manager is a personable and insightful leader with at least five years of project management and estimating experience, preferably focused on multi-family residential projects. The right candidate will lead all aspects of customer relations, construction planning and project management while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and within quality and regulatory parameters. Typically, the Project Manager will manage up to three projects concurrently, overseeing site supervisors to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the work.

We are looking for candidates with post-secondary education in a related field, such as civil engineering, construction project management, or a related trade. Formal certification such as AScT, P.Eng, PMP and/or GSC is an asset.

Abstract offers compensation based on competitive base salary and great commission opportunities.
