JOB RESPONSIBLITIES include but not limited to:

• Manage several Mechanical/Plumbing projects

• Attend project meetings

• Attend Company meetings

• Provide guidance and continue training to Foreman

• Weekly site visits

• Review time & procedure of project scope

• Coordinate delivery of equipment

• Liaison between office & Foreman (project)

• Review & inspect work for quality control

• Review & inspect for company safety

• Attend job showings

• Billing

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical building systems

• 2 years minimum experience as a Project Manager

• Must have run a minimum of 3-5 project members

• Competent in construction concepts and terminology

• Must have overall strong technical computer skills

• Must be self-motivated, have leadership, planning and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of commercial

• Bilingualism is an asset
